We the owners, are selling our private Villa/Home. Our home is situated on the Eastern shoreline in the area of Pantai (beach) Saba, Blahbatuh Gianyar Bali. This is a unique home, drawing the indoors’ & outdoors together as one. We designed the home and designed many of it’s features for total relaxation. All who visit feel very relaxed and enjoy the environment away from the hustle and bustle. It is a pleasant 3 minute stroll onto the beach from the gate.
We are seeking to have interested parties in purchasing our home from the overseas sector as this villa is a very suitable environment of living for the buyer, a holiday retreat, or business opportunity. It is a property where you can enjoy western comforts while experiencing at the same time the culture of Indonesia.
The sale price is US Dollars 'Cash Sale'. Terms of the Private Sale pertaining to the contract will be drawn up in an official contract of sale agreement with the Notary & Government Department of Gianyar Bali. Details would be discussed with the potential purchaser in letter form, phone, email, or verbally on meeting to view the villa in person.
All arrangements will be facilitated to ensure the purchase of the said property would be fulfilled with authorities, government regulations, including all legal procedures, to ensure ease of sale & purchase. - Pantai Saba, Blahbatuh-Gianyar is on the Ketewel/Gianyar bypass road, it is 15 minutes to Sanur or Ubud, 30-45 minutes or so to Kuta and international airport.
